We recently participated in the GRAMMY Foundation’s GRAMMY® SoundChecks program. This program provides an opportunity for students to attend professional sound checks of touring artists to observe the process of preparing for a concert. Artists, technical and industry professionals provide the students with a glimpse into the realities of these music careers by engaging in conversation about the specifics of their jobs, tools for success, life on the road and more. For more information on the GRAMMY Foundation and their education programs, please visit www.grammyintheschools.com.

A note from the Radio Support Team
Hey everyone! We know you’re as excited about getting Honor Society on the radio as the Gentlemen of Honor Society! If we all work together, Honor Society will be all over the radio!
How can you THE FANS help? Below are SEVEN stations that are a big focus to push on right now! We have provided you with each station’s website, request line, twitter and, when available, the station’s text number. Please try and make a DAILY effort to request “OVER YOU” on these stations.
Please keep these simple rules in mind when requesting:
1. EVERYONE can request online via the station website or twitter. Some stations have request forms that you simply fill out, others you email the DJs. We have conveniently linked the website to the contact page of the website.
2. PLEASE only CALL and TEXT if you LIVE WITHIN THE AREA OF THE RADIO STATION. Example: Do NOT call a station in New York if you live in California. The stations have caller ID and can see you are not within the area.
3. Keep all requests to 1-2 times per day per person. Overwhelming or “spamming” the stations can actually hurt Honor Society getting played. Suggestion: Organize with 3-4 friends where each of you takes turns requesting each hour.
4. SPREAD THE WORD!!! Get your neighbor to request! Get the kid you sit next to in school to request! Post this blog on Myspace/Twitter/Facebook
5. If the station plays “OVER YOU” please THANK THE DJ!
Like we stated before, these are the stations that are the big and main focus AT THE MOMENT! We are aware that “OVER YOU” is being played on other stations. Continue to request on those stations if you know it’s being played there! There WILL BE a push for more stations in the near future, but please, again, make requesting on the following stations a DAILY ROUTINE.

Autumn Tour Memories

We have been asked by a couple of people if we will be doing Autumn Memories for a scrapbook like we did with the Summer Memories (which the gents got at the NYC show!) and the answer to that is YES.
However, we're going to do it a little differently this time. Since the memories will be paired up with the Fall Frenzy scrapbook - memories will be TWITTER ONLY.
If you can't fit your memory into 140 characters or less, then you should write it as a review for the Fall Frenzy portion and that can be emailed to honorsocietylive@gmail.com
If you have pictures either tweet the links to us @HSLive or email them to honorsocietylive@gmail.com.
We would like to try and get a review for EVERY show on the tour - I will be going through what we have already and making an update post with shows that don't have reviews over the next couple of weeks.
We will be accepting memories via twitter to @HSLive until December 23rd. Fall Frenzy Reviews must be in by December 15th as they take a bit more effort to scrap.
If all goes as planned, this scrapbook will be given to the gents at the Hershey New Years Eve show. If not, we will give it to them at the next show we see them at in 2010!

Update on Twitter Scam
It seems a LOT of our twitter followers are still falling victim to the phishing scam.
If your account is sending out DMs, they will not be posted in your "sent" folder so you won't see that your account sent them. We have been DMing everyone back telling them to change their passwords. Sometimes you have to change it 2 or 3 times before the hacking/phishing will stop.
Please don't get upset with us for DMing you - we are only trying to help!
If you get a strange DM from a friend asking about an IQ test, if an image is you, etc DO NOT CLICK THE LINK. Doing so will end up with your account being hacked as well.
As far as we know - simply changing your password should save your account, but it might take a couple of tries for it to go into effect.

Khadijah's NYC review
Being my first time seeing the gentlemen since the summer and my fourth time ever - I was really excited! I ended up skiping school instead of leaving early, so I could make sure I had everything I needed for them and the show done before my train came. I had my concert butterflies and I was ready to rock out. My train had a twenty minute delay because of the rain (thank god I brought a umbrella!) After I finally boarded, the train made it to Penn Station, I hopped on another one and I was there. I was about 20th in line at one PM, but line cutters came and pushed me back. Alex dad came out with Willis cute ;)
Soundcheck was amazing. Front row dead center. Even though it had started later than it was supposed to, the guys were so sweet it was awesome to see how far they've come in the year that I have been a fan. Alex owes me a dance off, I challenged him to one at soundcheck but lack of time made it not happen. I received Alex's drum stick as a conciliation and Mike's pick. After soundcheck we stayed inside and as soon as doors opened we pounced up the stairs. First row Andy's side.
Esmee was better than I thought she would be. But the boys blew me away. It honestly was my favorite times seeing them and in my top 3 favorite concerts ever. I connected with them a lot more - Alex had a mouthing convo during don't close the book with me, it was a day that you could only dream of. I didn't win a fanclub M&G and I had to go home and catch my train so M&G was out. But all events leading up to that was amazing. Honor Society are one of a kind guys. Everyone should go see them whenever they come to their town.
The energy they portray, the connections they make, the smiles they flash everything they do onstage is better then any other band I've seen live :)

Article: Honor Society Comes Home
TorchOnline
THE BAND PERFORMS THEIR HITS TO A SOLD-OUT VENUE IN MANHATTAN
It was a curious sight, seeing teenage girls line up at Irving Place in Manhattan on Nov.12, 2009. Some were waiting as early as 8 a.m, suffering through the cold, the rain, and wind. They all did this for the opportunity to stand in the front row during the Honor Society's hometown show.
The band, made up of Michael Bruno, Andrew Lee, Alexander Noyes, and Jason Rosen proudly call New York their home. Despite having only been together for about two years, the band has developed an extensive fan base. This is especially true in New York City, where they sold out the Fillmore Theater that holds more than 1,000 people.
Before Honor Society even took the stage, they pumped up the crowd of New Yorkers by playing "Empire State of Mind" by Jay-Z and Alicia Keys. The screams only got louder as the four gentlemen took the stage and started with their high-energy song, "Full Moon Crazy." They continued with their upbeat songs, "Sing For You," "Two Rebels" and "Where Are You Now."
The mood of the venue took a turn as the show slowed down for "My Own Way." Esmee Denters, the opening act, joined the band on stage for this song. However they picked up the tempo again with "Here Comes Trouble," where they introduced the entire band and said, "New York City definitely has the hottest girls, though some of them might be trouble."
Rosen, who typically sticks to guitar, keyboard, and backing vocals, took the lead as the band covered Kings Of Leon's "Use Somebody." After a sentimental thank-you speech from the band, they slowed it down once more for "Don't Close the Book" and "Why Didn't I."
The party didn't stop as they went on to play the catchy "Nobody Has to Know" and "Over You," which is the hit single off their album Fashionably Late. Fans went crazy over their final and most popular song, "See U In The Dark," with every person in the house doing the Honor Roll, a dance made up by the band that quickly caught on with the fans after being posted on YouTube.
Honor Society knows how to put on a fun and entertaining show. Even parents of younger fans were unable to keep from bobbing their head to the catchy beats. Their infectious smiles and upbeat music made it impossible to leave the venue without a smile. The band even showed how gracious they were by staying late to sign autographs for every single fan that wanted to meet them.
"I had a fabulous time and I definitely look forward to seeing them again," Said Caitlin Glossza, a freshman at St. John's, "I waited outside for 12 hours and it was totally worth it."

Kiss 92.5 Toronto
This afternoon, Honor Society visited Kiss 92.5 Studios in Toronto. You may have seen their tweets asking for fans to call in and request "Over You", which would be played if they got 92 votes. Well, JOE JONAS called in and so the radio station streamed their entire CD over the air!
Here is a capture of the radio station's play list... so cool! (They finished out the stream with an acoustic performance of Over You - performed earlier in the day!)

Be sure to tweet: @kiss925toronto and thank them for streaming the entire album!

Ubisoft Celebrates Petz® Sharing and Caring Month with ASPCA and Famous Pop Band Honor Society
November 12, 2009
SAN FRANCISCO - (Business Wire) Today Ubisoft announced it has teamed up with the ASPCA® (The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals®), and Honor Society, a New York based pop band, to celebrate the launch of the new Petz® games with Sharing and Caring Month. In support of ASPCA’s mission to teach kids about kindness to animals, the Petz video games for the Nintendo DS™ system, including Petz Nursery, will allow young players to care for and bond with a variety of virtual “petz.” For the first time, the Petz video games series will allow players to send and share their virtual petz via wireless interconnectivity between the new Petz games. Owners of the Petz video game series can also share their petz on UbiWorld (http://ubiworld.com), Ubisoft’s online extension for the Petz® video game brand.
The Petz Caring portion of the program will feature the ASPCA in the Petz Cause House on UbiWorld. Inside the virtual Petz Cause House, kids and their parents can play a variety of Petz mini-games and earn “pointz” to show their support for the ASPCA in protecting animals. Beginning today through January 4, 2010, the total number of pointz that visitors earn will be announced weekly in the Cause House explaining to kids how the accumulated points could help animals. To further support teaching kids about responsible pet care, Ubisoft’s Petz will donate funds directly to the ASPCA.
“The ASPCA is excited to work with Ubisoft to help raise awareness about responsible pet care through this program,” said Elysia Howard, Vice President of Marketing & Licensing for the ASPCA. “We are grateful to be able to teach kids about the importance of saving animals from cruelty and caring for animals responsibly.”
In addition to the ASPCA partnership, Ubisoft has also teamed up with one of the most talked about bands of 2009, Honor Society. Honor Society’s first album Fashionably Late on Hollywood Records (Disney Music Group), debuted on September 15 and the band is currently headlining their own tour, Fashionably Late Tour. Honor Society’s love for pets has encouraged them to get involved with the Petz Sharing and Caring program. Honor Society will help spread awareness to their fans, kids and parents on the importance of caring and nurturing for animals.
“Ubisoft is extremely proud to celebrate both the launch of new Petz games, as well as Sharing and Caring Month, with a respected animal welfare organization and an up-and-coming new band,” said Tony Key, senior vice president of sales and marketing at Ubisoft. “This program marks the first time that Ubisoft has promoted the new Petz video games in partnership with the ASPCA to help raise awareness on responsible pet care.”
